Inspiration comes from visits to the library at midnight, a house bursting with words, a magic finger, Egyptian mummies, a mermaid who casts a spell, a curious boy with a curious mind and a wormy wedding.

Kim and Marg are both educators, writers, and lovers of books. Since they were kids growing up in Brisbane, they enjoyed reading comics, making crafts, and playing neighbourhood games. These days they like reading to grandchildren, photography, and visiting Op-Shops.
