With Mother’s Day approaching and the beautiful season of Autumn here in Mapleton, I wonder about my imminent journey to Paris and southern France. Indeed, I am so blessed with this opportunity in early May. Presently, I am farewelling my family in Brisbane and I am out on the deck while my grand daughter is asleep about to read the latest Country Style magazine.

Rural France sounds lovely and conjures up grape vines and wineries, green fields and winding roads.
